My Branding Strategy

My skills include excellent organizational and communicational skills. I am a multi task individual with good computer skills and team work spirit. When it comes to my performance in a work environment, I am optimistic, patient, and easy going person. Also, I am quick in finding solution, I am a good listener, and most important is my sense of humor that makes it easy to go through the work day. One of my unique qualifications is my hard work to meet and succeed with my goals that are assigned to me; in addition, I help people around me to succeed as well. I just need to practice and improve my presentation and leadership skills. In few years, I see myself being successful in my chosen field along with my Master Degree in Human Resources. I look for an income that would be equivalent to my education, experience, skills, and knowledge. I target highly professional people who look for experienced, talented, and creative characters. Also, these people look for employees who work hard and who are loyal because hiring process and training are expensive for the company. My competition is people who have the same experience and the same education level. I want to be seen as person whose professionalism and skills stands out and they are recommended by others. My presentation is my Home Page on my website. It is created to attract employer’s attention and make them curious enough about who I am, to invite me for an interview. In my job description, I developed a strategy that I plan to follow to reach my desired goals and master my presentation and leadership skills.
